1. Shipping Destinations

All orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered directly by the respective third-party brands and suppliers globally subject to availability of courier/postal service in your area.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We assure that our suppliers are partner with trusted couriers like DHL, TCS, Leopard, Postex, Call-Courier and Pakistan Post;

o Standard Shipping within Pakistan: ~ PKR 250/- (5~7 business days)
o International Shipping: ~ PKR 7999/- up to 1 KG box (5~15 days)

3. Order Processing

· Orders are processed within 24 hours.

· You’ll receive a confirmation email or notification with tracking details once your order ships.

4. Delivery Timelines
  • Generally all orders are delivered within 2–7 business days.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues. We’ll keep you updated via email or WhatsApp.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments


· Lost Shipments: If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeline, contact us within 30 days. We’ll investigate with the product supplier and may offer a refund or replacement accordingly.

· Damaged Items: Report damaged items within 2 days of receiving with photos, preferably video clip. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per supplier's Refund Policy.
